Helen can cut and colour hair, tend a garden, ride a horse and a dirt bike – and knit like nobody’s business. Her background in teaching has helped her pass on the skill to others, including her grandson’s 8-year-old best friend all the way in New Zealand. Helen’s knits are so good, she was even asked to knit a sweater for a Netflix series – and finished it in just 4 days.
