Most 7-year-olds are outside playing in the dirt, but not Elaine – at that age, she was already knitting clothes for her dolls. Now Elaine knits a wide range of NONIA items, big and small, from adult sweaters to baby clothes. Though she’s tried on other provinces for size, she says returning home to Newfoundland was the best decision she’s ever made.
